South 17th Street
Complex historic duplex renovation where we assisted with construction and development. This project was brought back into commerce and the owner developer was able to receive $50k in historic tax credits (state).
15th Street Apartments
This project consist of 4 sets of 4 unit buildings and 2 single family homes. Project was broken down into 4 phases and is ongoing. We are on the construction and development side of this project. Assisting with construction, historic tax credits, and the tax abatements for this project.
France Street
This is existing historic triplex was originally 1,996 SQFT sitting on a 0.15 acre lot. With the updated rezoning and state historic approval we were able to bring the original building down to 1,872 SQFT and add a new construction duplex on the rear of the same lot. We we're on the construction and development side of this project. We assisted with construction, tax abatement ($30k), and historic tax credits (state:$70K) on this project.
